Supporting student success and retention, the full-time Academic Advisor will provide personalized academic guidance, develop individualized degree completion plans, and monitor student progress while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive academic advising on degree programs, curriculum requirements, and graduation processes Develop personalized degree completion plans and guide students through course selection and registration Conduct proactive outreach to students, addressing academic progress and connecting them with necessary resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 1-3 years of related work experience in student support, academic advising, or higher education Experience providing guidance or customer service to students or stakeholders Demonstrated ability to analyze information and make informed decisions Experience working with student information systems and maintaining accurate records
