Responsibilities include: * Diagnose vehicle concerns quickly and accurately * Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer standards * Complete brake, suspension, engine, transmission, electrical, and drivability repairs * Perform inspections and road tests * Utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair systems * Complete warranty repairs according to GM specifications * Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors * Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation * Follow all dealership safety procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For We're seeking technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Qualified candidates should have: * Minimum of 2–3 years of automotive repair experience * Previous dealership experience preferred * GM Certification or GM Master Certification strongly preferred * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Mechanical expertise across major vehicle systems * Experience using advanced diagnostic software * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Positive attitude and professional work ethic * Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record * Personal automotive tools Preferred Qualifications * Previous Chevrolet or GM dealership experience * Current ASE Certifications * Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Certification or experience Build Your Career With Walt Massey We know outstanding technicians have choices.
