Position: Customer Portal Administrator - AR Support
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Exact Location: Riceboro, GA (Hybrid - Mon&Fri REMOTE)
Pay Rate: $25/hr-26/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Customer Portal Administrator to support the Accounts Receivable and Customer Service department. This person will be responsible for managing multiple customer portals and ensuring proper invoice processing within. They will maintain a list of uploaded invoices to track their status, generate and submit to the Supply Chain VP and Customer Service Director a weekly report of unapproved invoices and resolution attempts made, partner with AR, AP, and Customer Service to resolve invoicing disputes, and continuously update portal instructions to maintain up-to-date customer contact information. This role will be hybrid, with work from home days on Monday and Friday. The established pay rate for this role is $25-26/hr, based on experience.
