Roanoke Hospitality is excited to partner with acclaimed Chef Dudley Nieto to bring Mexican Radio , a new Mexican dining destination, to Chicago’s Loop neighborhood. Located within the Hyatt Centric Chicago The Loop Hotel, Mexican Radio is set to bring an exciting new dining experience to the heart of downtown Chicago.
We are currently seeking Hosts to join our team and help create a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
A strong commitment to exceptional guest service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for 5–10 hours per shift
Safely navigate all areas of the restaurant, including slick or uneven surfaces
Frequently transport food and beverage items between the kitchen, bar, and dining room
Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
Frequently reach, bend, stoop, feel, and carry
Work in both warm and cool environments, including indoor and outdoor areas
Work in environments with variable ventilation, smoke, and fluctuating temperatures
Tolerate elevated noise levels resulting from guest and employee activity
