Your Role: As a Medical Assistant/Scribe at Clear Choice Dermatology, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. You'll be responsible for:

• Patient-Centered Care: Taking detailed medical histories, providing compassionate support, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Efficient Documentation: Accurately transcribing provider notes and maintaining comprehensive patient records, allowing providers to focus on patient needs.

Requirements:

• Current MA certification in the state of WA.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum two years of medical office experience.
• Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans.
• Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong telephone and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
