A fast-growing, profitable company is hiring 4 dedicated Account Sales Executives in Boise, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Dallas to build each market from the ground up. You’ll sell a high-value financial SaaS platform to business owners, real estate investors and referral partners, with the opportunity to build relationships that generate repeat business for years. NO EXPERIENCE in this field is required - we want solid outside sales reps and will train the rest.

Only a few years in post-launch, we are already growing strong. Our founding AEs are already over $200K in total earnings - and getting almost 100% of their business from referrals (cold calling no longer needed.) This is a high-value, high-ROI, consultative sales process that has concrete, quantifiable savings in the tens of thousands - leaving many prospects saying “why didn’t I know about this sooner?” We work across a huge range of commercial real estate, including multifamily, retail, hotels, medical offices, self-storage, restaurants and industrial properties. Our case studies show tax savings from $74K to more than $2.2M, giving reps a very tangible ROI story to take to market.

• Build Your Own Territory: These markets were chosen because they have significant room to build. You’ll develop your own network of clients and referral partners.

• Compounding Opportunity: This is not a one-and-done transactional sale. Build relationships with CPAs, real estate professionals, developers and owners that can produce repeat business and referrals over time.

• Easy-to-Understand ROI: You’re selling a service designed to put meaningful cash back into clients’ businesses.Most clients save more than $50K in their first year, with individual published examples substantially higher.

• Founder Access: You’ll work directly with senior leadership at a small, entrepreneurial company rather than getting buried inside a large sales organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $80K base salary plus uncapped commission.
\n
• $150K-200K+ target earnings in year one, with significantly greater earning potential as your territory and relationships mature.

• Year 2+ earnings $300K+

• Monthly stipend during onboarding and ramp.
\n

The Right Background:

\n
• Around 1.5+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
\n
• A true hunter who is comfortable prospecting, networking and building relationships from scratch.
\n
• Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to take a prospect from first conversation through close.
\n
• Comfortable getting out into the market for meetings, networking groups, conferences and industry events.
\n
• Competitive, entrepreneurial and self-directed. You don’t need a highly structured corporate environment to tell you what to do next.

• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust with business owners and professional referral partners.
