Fully Remote | $145k–$165k Base + Uncapped Commission

I'm partnering with a fast-growing US Insurtech that's transforming how insurance companies manage claims through innovative technology, automation and AI.

With an established customer base that includes major US insurers and strong growth across its claims technology platform, the business is looking for a proven Senior Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition.

This is a genuine individual contributor / hunter role , ideal for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors and closing complex enterprise deals.

The Opportunity

• Sell innovative claims technology and AI-powered solutions to US P&C insurance carriers, MGAs and TPAs.
\n
• Target senior decision-makers, including Chief Claims Officers, Heads of Claims and insurance executives.
\n
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiation and close.
\n
• Focus predominantly on new-logo acquisition, supported by presales, marketing and account management teams.
\n
• Typical deal sizes of $150k–$350k , with sales cycles of approximately 6–12 months.
\n
• Annual sales quota of approximately $1.5m .
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 5–15 years of relevant B2B technology or solutions sales experience, including a strong track record of winning new business.
\n
• Experience selling directly into the US Property & Casualty insurance market .
\n
• A demonstrable history of self-generating pipeline and closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.
\n
• Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior insurance decision-makers.
\n
• Someone who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership and building new customer relationships.
\n

Experience selling claims technology, claims management platforms, automotive claims solutions or insurance automation would be particularly valuable.

We're also interested in high-performing enterprise sellers from adjacent P&C insurance technology businesses, provided they have strong new-business credentials.

Compensation & Benefits
